American football player Christian McCaffrey plays for the National Football League. He is a member of the Carolina Panthers as of the 2022 season. Before signing with the Panthers, he attended Stanford University and was drafted into the NFL in 2017. He was selected for the First Team All-Pro in 2019.

On June 7, 1996, Christian Jackson McCaffrey was born in Castle Rock, Colorado. He weighs 93 kg according to his recent weight listing and is 180 cm tall. Ed McCaffrey, a former NFL wide receiver, is McCaffrey’s father. Lisa McCaffrey, his mother, was a Stanford soccer player.
He was regarded as one of the nation’s top prospects for recruitment by 2016. Deciding not to play in the Cardinals Sun Bowl, he announced his candidacy for the NFL. The Carolina Panthers selected him in the first round of the draft. In a 2017 game against the San Francisco 49ers, he made his NFL debut.
He participated in the Pro Bowl for the first time in 2019. He was selected as the third offensive player of the year the following year. He agreed to a contract extension with the Panthers in April 2020. After suffering a shoulder injury in Week 9, he was sidelined for the rest of the campaign.
In week three of 2021, he had a hamstring injury. He had an ankle injury in Week 12 that prevented him from playing the remainder of the season.
